Underwear and Adult Toy Return Policy: For hygiene
reasons, we cannot accept returns or
exchanges on any underwear and adult toy items. We
advise customers to ensure correct
sizing before
purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all
unworn and unwashed sleepwear,
unopen hosiery and items that are not
consider underwear or adult toy with original tags
attached and proof of purchase receipt.
Please note that for hygiene reasons,
any sleepwear that has been worn or
washed cannot be returned.
